The Founder and Director of Martyn Projects, Michael Martyn, has a strong foundation as a Project Engineer with over 15 years experience in the construction industry. Michael is a high performing Project Manager with strong results in minimising development timelines and maximising profitability.

 

Since 2015, Michael has developed a business built on integrity and a commitment to delivering results with the highest quality standards. He  works closely with both investors and landowners to deliver results that exceed expectations.

"We initially were going to sell our investment house and land to a developer and were quite happy with what we would have made on that deal. However after a meeting with Michael we decided to contract him to project manage our knock down, sub division and sale of the land ourselves. Michael initially put together a feasibility plan where he outlined the potential sale price for each block, then outlined an estimate of all the costs that would be incurred and then the estimated profit margin. Throughout the entire process we were kept updated on progress with a costs spreadsheet outlining estimated costs against actual costs and any variances. Michael took care of all the details from the demolition to the boundary survey through the services disconnections and connections and finally the sale of the two blocks. It was so easy and hassle free that we were able to complete a three and a half month trip to Europe while Michael took care of business. At the end of the process we came in under budget and ended up selling our blocks for tens of thousands of dollars above what we initially thought. The end result being a very substantial increase in profits above what we would have made by selling to a developer.
We would highly recommend Michael if you are considering the knock down and sale of your property.

This 888m2 contained an existing 3 bedroom house. The property was subdivided into 2 lots. The existing house required minor renovation works and a new carport.

This large 2574m2 property had an old pre-war abandoned home. The house was demolished and the property was subdivded into 4 lots.

This post-war 3 bedroom property sitting on a large 882m2 block was subdivided into 2 lots - 412m2 and 470m2.

This 800m2 vacant block of land was sourced off-market. It was subdivided into 2 x 400m2 lots and sold within 4 month.

Character Queenslander house located on a double block. The house was required to be shifted across to the left to free up a new 405m2 lot. This project was completed in 4 months.

This property was purchased, renovated subdivided and sold. The subdivision resulted in a 325m2 lot being created. Total project duration was 4 months.

Two 1022m2 properties side-by-side. Four new lots created, 511m2 each. The ground levels of each lot had to be raised for flood immunity. This project was completed in 10 months.

Property purchased, renovated and sold. Renovation completed in 6 weeks with the sale occurring approximately 70 days afterwards. Total project duration was 4 months.
